Blueberry Swirl

Blueberry swirl 4

I started off with two coats of China Glaze At Vase Value, followed by one coat of Seche Vite.

Using the polish brushes, I placed some random blobs of China Glaze Crimson and At Vase Value.

Using a plastic bag, I pressed it onto my nail and twisted it a bit to swirl the polishes.  I finished with one coat of Seche Vite.

Galaxy

Zoya zenith galaxy 3

Zoya Mosheen (1 coat over black creme) is a special effect top coat with holographic bar glitter and circular (or maybe hexagonal…my eyes aren’t what they used to be) glitter. It’s all iridescent and sits atop a light blue jelly base. . Can you see it in the galaxy nail art?

Zoya Belinda (2 coats) is a dark royal purple foil with nearly invisible shimmer in pink, purple and blue.

Zoya Cassedy (2 coats) is a less chrome-smooth, shimmer-foil than Belinda. (I’m really just making up polish types with these descriptions.) It’s a charcoal and green mix, with a little holographic sheen to it, much like Seraphina below.

Zoya Seraphina (3 coats) is a light silver shimmer. In my notes, I wrote “absolutely perfect”, so my affinity for it is pretty strong. It’s barely holographic, but in the right light, it is nonetheless.

Zoya Dream (3 coats) is the nebula nail art’s starry base. A royal blue jelly with holographic shimmer and small flakies.

Zoya Payton (2 coats) is a wine jelly with the same holographic/small flakie mix as Dream.

Ob 7f0f1d swirl nail art over cirque chainmail 3

I’ve done a simple swirl nail art over Cirque Chainmail when I was swatching it and though you might like to see it ;) Chainmail was initially sent to me for a review.

I’ve painted the swirl using white acrylic paint and a small brush from Tmart nailart brush set. At the end I’ve sealed the design with Seche Vite topcoat.

Psychedelia

Psychodelic

I received a lovely package from \ with some gorgeous shades…all the way from the UK! The polishes I used were so vibrant so they worked perfectly for the “psychedelic” look…kind of remind me of Pucci.

ZoyaFallPixieNCCFreehand003

I began this manicure with two coats of Zoya Tomoko from the Fall 2013 PixieDust collection. I used it in this freehand design as well, heart design with Tomoko. I know I gush over the PixieDusts every time I use them..I will continue to do so. I adore them and their formula lends itself towards nail art so nicely! I used a nail at brush to paint side swoops with Zoya Arabella.
